If you’re struggling with back pain and are in need of some instant relief, try these two decompression exercises. All you need is a door frame ✔️
Slide your arms up the door frame and lower your chest down for a deep stretch and release from the thoracic all the way down to the lumbar spine
Placing your feet up to the door frame, wrap both hands around and pull away whilst bringing your neck down to your chest to trigger a beautiful rhomboid release 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
